It's not really a matter of allocation, it's a constraint issue. That means the factory will only build a limited # of 2SS/1LE's in any given week. The # will vary. What your dealer needs to do is just make the order available and it may be picked up. If not, they can continue to try on a weekly basis or wait until they are allotted the 1LE constraint. I've had success with just making the order available, so hopefully yours will go through.

Just found out they tried to see if they would take the order today, but they didn't. I'll have to wait till next Tuesday. I'm the 1st one of their list for this specific car, so he said it will happen "soon". "Soon" isn't quick enough. Lol. Good things come to those who wait, right?

If you do some reading through this thread, you could see that there is always the option to order through Beck, and have it delivered. It appears that she has quite the reputation and following, on this forum, so take that into consideration.

Just heard from the dealer. The order was taken today! About how long does it take to get a TPW? Also, once you get a TPW, about how long till delivery?

I had my TPW the next day. I ordered a 1LS 1LE, so the timeframe will probably be different, but my original TPW was just over 1 month from my initial order date. It has since been moved up 2 weeks, and should be completed this week.

As far as delivery, my dealer said to expect 1 to 2 weeks after its built, for the vehicle to be delivered. It sounds like it could take a little bit longer than that, if things don't gall in to place correctly.
