CAI for Centrifugal??

Has anybody tried or designed something for the procharger or ecs kit? I'm not a big fan of the air filter being directly above the exhaust manifold. I was thinking maybe the hood insert could be ulilized or maybe a tube that takes in air at a different location from the area above the manifold. Ecs does use a heat shield to there credit but I can't help to except that something else can't be designed.

You could just put a NACA duct shooting right at the filter ha ha ha!

Judging by the pics I see on google you're in a tough situation with the inlet being over the headers.
