Northwest Florida or surrounding area tuners?
I am finally getting my whipple installed on this coming Monday. They do include a factory tune for the unit with a roto fab air box. My question is with everything with all else being stock, am i chasing something that is not there? I would like to find a good tuner in this area but i don't even know what is possible hp wise without running it on the ragged edge. I looked into the tuning school but it seems so entailed and cost around $2500.00 for the set up with laptop and software.

I'm curious as well (for down the road). Not trying to hijack your thread, but how is the car scene over there in Destin? I ask because it is dead here in the PC/PCB area.

I'll keep you posted on the deal. But to be honest i work alot and dont have to much time for anything else..lol I have seen you typical lambo or Ferrari from the millionaire club.. Bulldog Motorsports has a mechanic who's really sharp. He is in FWB and has a shop, that is who will be doing my installation. He said he knows a "tuner guy" who's pretty solid but i have yet to meet him. Do you go to Holt dragstrip?

I did put a vitesse throttle controller on the car and WOW the best couple hundred dollars I have ever spent. It makes the car come alive. I took it off because with the whipple it's pointless i hear. The guy who owns it Ahamed i think is always available to help if you have any installation or calibration issues. You should definitely check it out!!

I have been to Holt once since I've had the car, but I plan to go again in the next month or two, now that it has cooled off some. I just hate sitting in my car without any damn air conditioning...always tempted to turn it on anyway
 Turbo_RORO is out there all the time though. He is the only other "local" person I've met so far.

I plan on heading out there this afternoon. I washed my car last night, but it's mosaic black, so it will be dirty as soon as I back it out of the garage
 Not sure if I should register my car or just walk around.
