Clarification on 1LE package please

Hey folks,

I've seen a million pics and vids of 2017 and 2018 Camaros with the 1LE and I'm not sure about a couple things.

Did the 2017s come with black wheels and the 2018s now have dark satin gunmetal wheels?

I've seen some 2018s advertised at dealerships that definitely look like they have black wheels, but the Chevy site lists the 1LE as having graphite colored wheels, not black. Are they maybe trying to sell a 2017 as a 2018 or are black wheels still an option for the 1LE package?

I like the black wheels much better than the graphite wheels, so am curious what's what.

Also, the Chevy site says that the steering wheel and shifter knob are suede material, but the seats also look like microfiber/suede. Are the seats in a 1SS 1LE leather sides with suede centers in front and back or are they just cloth in the back or cloth both front and rear?

Also, is the dash soft touch or hard plastic?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm hoping to go look at some this weekend to see for myself, but am trying to prepare for what to expect.

Thanks!

Hmmm, thanks for the info. I swear there are some SS 1LE black wheels out there.

Check this out:

Looks black, dude says black: https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q...99&FORM=VRDGAR

Could just be lighting?

The SS has graphite colored wheels. Lighting can make them seem black and some people just call them black.

1SS 1LE does come with the HUD. Seats are alcantara up front.

Cool, thanks. Was mainly curious about those wheels. Sometimes they look black, sometimes they look graphite. Guess it depends on the lighting, camera angle, etc. As for the interior, hey, its a Chevy, so even a little fake suede is good! ;-)

Those wheels in all the pics are the same graphite wheels. The lighting makes them look black in some instances. The only other thing is maybe someone had the color changed on the factory ones, or got the aftermarket MRR replica wheels in black.

The SS 1LE OEM wheels are a dark "graphite" color. Some lighting gives appearance of being black (or brake dust build-up. The MRR aftermarket wheels can be obtained in graphite, gloss black, or gun metal colors.

All SS 1LE wheels are the same gunmetal/graphite color. Depending on the lighting and exposure of the picture they can look anywhere from black to graphite to almost a deep purple metallic.
