It's like I say to my Mac Guy, I know just enough to be dangerous.

Yesterday I turned a 2TB drive into a brick.

Followed the Utube directions to format it to OS/Journals and the next message I got after pressing apply was "Operation Failed"

and that was all she wrote for that drive. BestBuy warranty to the rescue.
