Someone just ordered and had a livernois kit installed with the livernois tune for 5500. Livernois is one of the cheapest kits at less than 5k, but once again they saw an easy profit in your face. Wonder how much money is stolen from you on a regular bases.

Right...I'm not the one who had to scrape to buy a GT and then had to scrape pennies for a 2nd hand P1SC kit. And I'm not the one talking about base model GTs. I don't have to flash my money. But I am pretty damn proud and fortunate to be in the position I am in. And quite honestly, I get good deals all the time and sometimes I get deals that aren't as good. And since you like calling people liars, you're the one who is lying. The Livernois kit is on their website right now for $5499.99. The deal they offered me was a year ago when the S550 GT was still new-ish. Now there may be better deals. don't know or care. But at the time the deal they gave me was the best deal hands down that you could get for a blower with install and tune. So nice try there but not quite. And for the record, I didn't even buy the kit anyway so WTF are you even talking about? And if someone got their kit for $5500 installed and tuned then it must be a leftover or older style system that they're trying to clear out. And still it must make you feel like a fool considering you bought a second hand garbage P1SC kit and then paid for the install. LOL! I wouldn't even consider a P1SC or buy one even for a killer deal. That kit is garbage.

LOL, ok broke Mustang boy. If that's how you wanna play it then fine by me. No shame here. I'd say I feel sorry for you having to scrape by but I'm not. 90% of you Mustang guys only have them because you can't afford a Camaro anyway. So you get a base GT for dirt cheap and then get a complex when you get your doors blown off by a SS. And you have to mod the hell out of those cars just to keep up with ours bone stock. Yep I'm glad and fortunate to be in a position I'm in. AND I'll take all the brownie points I can get. And I AM old. 40 years old to be exact. LOL!! What else can I say? Life is good to me!!

The 18 will be no different. The ones that will be a bit faster will be out of the financial reach of most of you guys. They'll be around 12.6-12.7. And the regular GTs will still be stuck in the high 12s. Some of them with some options will probably still be in the low 13s. That is what I predict. So by the time you configure one that might be a mid 12 it'll be in the mid to high $40K range if not a bit more.

Another thing I consider with how the GT will perform is that you still have the Shelby out there. If the GT does run a low 12 then what does that say about the Shelby? If anything that would make the Shelby look really bad since it has more hp and tq. What would be the point of buying one? And if the GT PP2 matches the SS 1LE then that means it is basically a cheaper Shelby. I think it would really suck if you bought a Shelby last year and paid ADM just for the 18 GT PP2 to outperform it for less money, lol!!

That would suck. Even more so since the GT350 is still being sold for 2018. I doubt the PP2 comes out in 18. Probably an option for 19.

It would suck for them but it would be hilarious for me, LOL!! Yea I'm not sure I follow what Ford is trying to do with the GT and the Shelby. honeymoon period wore off in 2 weeks..ofc when something is new u love it..just paid 40k out.
soon wore off real quick and all the faults came to light...started off loving it..few weeks later began to hate the thing.
in the end i didn't even want to sit the pos.
