My RPM Gauge Jumps VIDEO

Does anyone know how to fix this. It only does this when I am at a stop and when I put my foot on the gas it stops sometimes. But it does not do this issue all the time it is very intermittent https://youtu.be/5QaYC0IJ9mU

Car is back from dealership about the bouncing rpm gauge. Voltage drop at G103 was no more than.05volts, IPC shorted internally causing tach to bounce, replaced and programmed IPC. Problem is now fixed.

My rpm gauge was bouncing around just like yours was in the video, it took 3 trips to the dealership to get it fixed and the factory warranty covered it. It would have been $322 to fix it. My CEL light never came on though.
