Small circular blemish in the rear quarter panel
I just picked the car up from the dealer and noticed this blemish after washing the car. I tried to use a clay bar to see if I could correct it, but that didn't help. My fingernail catches on it, so I believe it is though the clearcoat. this is the only mark on the car, and because of the circular pattern, it doesn't seem like a standard rock chip.

It was probably dirt in the paint that got sanded out at the factory..... unfortunately the operator did not polish it enough to remove the "halo" from the finish..... that is what the circular unpolished area is called at the plant....... the "halo" needs to be buffed out more..... unfortunately the blem in the paint (discoloration) will still be there........
