I am having the exact same issues! In my case it is a GM buyback so they are selling directly to GM (who than transfers it to me). Because of this do not get commission and their customer service has gone downhill very quickly. When they thought it was a "regular sale" they would respond immediately and always be available... once they discovered that it was not they were suddenly never available and do not respond at all.

Wife's calls got us nowhere. Guess they'll get it to me when they are good and ready. Wasn't my preferred dealership, but the only one in the area with an allocation.

Thanks guys. Can plain old rain cause water spots too? I bought Chemical Guys Meticulous matte detailer - will give it a try tonight.

Depending on the particulates in the air, rain can cause water spots. Think "acid rain." That stuff can eat into clear coat.

Awesome! I heard from gm chat that mine is the rail yard in my city. Unfortunately I have a few days to wait for GM to finalize my repurchase paperwork and I have to wait for them to give me a closing date. For some reason they couldn't start this process until the vehicle was delivered to the dealership =/

That's stupid. They would be stuck with a car they didn't want if by any circumstance you couldn't come up with the money.(Not that you wouldn't).

I agree it is quite silly...I am also concerned that the vehicle might find a way to sell the vehicle before I can finish all the paperwork. They had a 1LE in stock a month ago but refused to give it to me because they wanted a $5000 markup on it.
