Here is the top 10, I am not reformatting it. Cliff notes, Brian paxed 5th, Yanase was the only street tire car in front of him, the top 3 were SP cars.....maybe surface dependent.

AS is not deep there and Brian was on CAM C index, AS index was not enough to move to 4th but 5 tenths from a set of bridgestones would have been.

Any idea if this was on 305/19 RE71Rs or 295/20s on stock wheels?

OEM Goodyears 285/305

If Peters comes to Crows Landing this weekend, I will take my beating like a child!

Oh the title of the video it said "on Bridgestones" but now the video is gone. But those are some good results for the OE tires!

He ran another 1LE on Bridgestones and I think went faster but the video link wouldn't work.

The car was run in CAM-C do we know it was completely A-Street legal? Also the above statements make it sound as though OEM Goodyears are a much larger handicap than they actually are. You guys are assuming they aren't very close to RE-71Rs I happen to think they are VERY CLOSE to RE-71R performance.

The car is completely stock aside from an alignment.

JRL1LE, mentioned in another thread that they are .2-.5 delta... 305 RE71R Square on stock width 19" wheels, the "gut feeling" from what I was told would be closer to 1 second on that day, course and surface.

They aren't legal for SCCA Street class in national competition because they don't meet the availability requirements. IIRC it's 5 sizes in 4 diameters, and they're only available in 2 sizes in one diameter (OEM sizes for the 1LE).

They are legal for regional competition.

The car is bone stock, on Goodyears with autox alignment. The statement by 'dontlifttoshift' said maybe .5 quicker on the BStones, not assuming much of a handicap to the Goodyears. I have run both, BStones a little quicker, 2-5 tenths.

ahhhhhhh ok that makes sense!

I was confused just because they are over 200tw.

My 3-5 tenths comes from running 295/20 square RE71r's vs OEM, 305/19 should be quicker.

Yep, not legal in Street, but SCCA said they can run in CAM-C, I ran them at Crows Landing Prosolo.

Do you know if he may be considering campaigning it in AS?

Looks like early November I may have the opportunity to switch back and forth between the 1LE and Jason Ruggles' AS C5Z at Fort Myers in Florida. He will drive both cars too. It is grippy concrete so should be a decent indicator if the course is reasonable.
That is awesome to hear. Heck, I might register and make the trip just to see the shoot-out.
