Did any of you'll notice a very slight vibration in the brake pedal is you apply the brakes lightly at highway speeds? (ex you are coming up on heavy traffic and have to apply the brakes at 60mph). Almost like a very slight warped rotor feel. Mine is doing this but only at that speed. All other speeds the brakes feel super smooth. I wonder if my TC isn't unlocking. I also noticed what I think is a little bit of shutter, but I have had it bog on me a few times at low speeds instead of downshifting and going.

I got my car back after the repair but I'm not sure what exactly they did because the paperwork only shows the TSB was performed. Anyway, it's better than before but the shudder is still very noticeable so it's going back to the dealer.

Pretty annoying when you bring the car in for 3 different issues and after 2 weeks of waiting, 2 out of 3 problems are not fixed and you got one new issue on top of that.

Customer service called as always and asked me if I'm completely satisfied...well, they were not satisfied with my answer...

If they performed the TSB as stated it fixes the shudder. I do these a lot with all the 8 speeds in Yukons, Escalades and Sierras that have TCC shudder. Have not had one come back with a shudder.

My fix was performed last year... but now(year later) the shuddering torque converter issue is back.

This will be the 2nd replacement.

Update: rather jumping straight to replacing TC again, they only flushed the fluid this time... So far so good

Mine's getting done today. Not supposed to get it back until some time on Monday. Hoping this will take care of my issues. I'll be watching mine closely as I'm quickly approaching the 2 year mark on my car.

I had mine flushed last week. Drive home was perfect. Within 2 days got the shudder again but it's not as bad as when I took it in. I'll drive mine the 200 to make sure it gets that bad again before taking it back for TC replacement.

Ironically mine started doing this as well. Had the transmission flushed months ago which fixed the shutter. Now shifts have become harsh around 2000 rpm. Also developed the brake vibration so I ordered some Power stop rotors and pads to see if that's the problem (they arrive today). Also noticed the steering rack makes a noise when I wiggle the steering wheel back and forth in the garage with the engine off. The dealer is replacing the steering gear as soon as they get a loaner in. Currently have 18000 miles..

Just got the flush done yesterday it is "mostly" fixed. No where near as bad as it was, most people would not even notice it. I also had my rotors resurfaced a month ago to fix poor braking and vibration. Still trying to get a driver's side door rattle fixed have been to two different dealerships.

They turned my rotors which fixed my braking issue. The car seems to be ok except the idiots lifted my car in the wrong spot and now my fender doesn't match up with the door so I have to fix that. I am really starting to miss my 2011 SS

I just had this TSB performed and my shudder is gone. I was told it could take 200-300 miles to clear up completely. Here's to hoping it doesn't occur again.

Mine is in the shop for this right now. I hope they get right to it and replace the TC. The loaner is a 2017 Camaro RS A8. Interesting contrast to my 2016 SS.

I got my SS back today and she feels great. Shifting is smooth and no shudder. Now to put a few hundred miles on her and see if that holds up.

Keep in mind, they replaced TC last year.. ended up acting up again this year, but this time just got the flush... So far so good 400miles later
