Warranty void - will dealer still work on car?

Does anyone have experience dealing with a dealership for repairs once a warranty has been voided?

I purchased a 2016 SS that I modded, including but not limited to, supercharger, tune, (have stock still) headers, exhaust, cai, etc., etc.
I am now having what appears to be torque converter issues as well as a 'service power steering system' message and warning chimes while cornering aggressively. (have only seen this while racing at track night. Never in day to day driving for whatever that's worth)

I feel that they would be the best to take a look and repair (I'm sure it wouldn't be cheap) but I'm not even sure they would look considering the mods. And both of these could feasible be caused by a recall or tsb. If they are recall / tsb related that would bother me a little but I knew what I was getting into so oh well. I just need to get them fixed.

Would it be a waste of time to take it in? Would they offer a diagnosis? Or should I just utilize a local transmission shop, etc.?

Steering would still be covered, torque converter likely not due to the Increased power.

Couldnt hurt, maybe you'll get lucky lol. If the dealer wont do the work under warranty, take it to the pros at a performance shop. It will likely be cheaper, and better quality work.

Has your cars warranty already been flagged by GM?

Slip the service manager a $100. I've had stuff replaced on my car that didn't even need replacing. They want work.
