post the VIN so others know not to buy it

Two things:

1) that car was hit and they did a hack job repair on it.

2)

Wow that sucks so glad I had a great sales person and dealership to deal with for my 2017. Really said they acted like they did GM really needs to set a standard all dealerships need to follow. You will find a better one just keep looking.

That car should be sold at an auction for a used car dealer not a new car dealer.

i didn't even read the story portion of this at first, i just ran over the photos and made my own decision of "if" i would buy and what shape the car was in. The car is REALLY rough! For a lightly used car it has definitely had some damage done to it.

Good call! Sounds like they aren't very eager to sell it either.

LMAO, if that is what a CPO car looks like, then Im a navy seal. (Im not.)

OP, screw that dealer lol. I know some of you will laugh, but go to Carmax like I did. Watch what they offer you for the mustang lol, it will probably be the low end of KBB private sale, not trade in.

I really didnt want to like Carmax, but you just cant beat them. Got my 16 2SS M6 in flawless condition (not a single rock chip) @ 8k miles, 33k OTD, yes OTD with GAP, and 11k for my trade in which was valued @ 9k KBB. They even threw in a new set of factory runflats lol. Its like the amazon of car buying lol, they are popping up everywhere and putting dealers out of business.

Ill never buy a car from a stealership again lol.

God that felt like an advertisement, im not affiliated with carmax in anyway lol, just a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

One word of advice NEVER buy used. I did once never again. Back in the day where dealers gave the previous owners phone numbers out . They didn't give it to me. Only had the car 1 year and got rid of it.
Lucky I did because a month later the person who bought it said the whole electrical system went and the dealer couldn't find the problem.
My guess is the car was in a accident. Never buy someone else's junk if there was nothing wrong with it they would still have it.

Eh, this camaro was new and my 15 GT was new and it still had tons of issues after the day of purchase.

I had a 14 GT that I purchased with 5k miles from an elderly man and it was perfect throughout ownership.

If the car was taken care of and has a good history then I have no issues at all buying used. They are still under the factory warranty.

The MINUTE you drive a new car off the dealer lot the value has already dropped significantly. Let the 1st owner take that initial hit.

Except for the rare creampuff that shows up every now and then, most of the cars I see at Carmax are prior wrecks or accident touch-up jobs. And, the repairs are so obvious it looks like some 3rd rate hack body shop fixed them.

Carmax would be my last choice. However, you lucked out and found one of the creampuffs.
