Exclamation So my camaro needs a new rear end?

I brought my car to my dealership last week and I heard a clicking or ticking noise coming from the car while going straight. They diagnosed the problem as rocks and dirt in my control arm boot. Now every time I make a right turn the same noise come a back. I also told the dealer every time I hit a bump I go side to side and not up and down and this obviously isn't normal. The suspension favors the back left side and they said they measured it and checked it and supposably it's good. Now my car is back at the dealership and they say They need to replace my rear end... how could that be? I have a video of the cars clicking noise also. I'll try and upload to YouTube and post it here.
