Pray, MSD says you can raise the redline using their Intake because of it's added flow characteristics, is the same true for your ported stock intake?

It boils down to tq at the shift recovery point vs. the rpm drop from the shift rpm peak. But yes, you can raise the shift points a bit with my ported stocker.

I did flow test my stock ported IM/TB. The combo was worth about 20cfm. http://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=483048 I have not flow tested the MSD. It has to flow more than the ported stocker. But the flow numbers wouldn't tell the whole story. I think the dyno graphs tell the story better. And I never said I couldn't get a car down the track, but thanks for the compliment. At my own pace that is pretty easy most of the time. I am talking about actual drag racing. There is a ton that goes into getting to the line, staged properly, and hooking the car on the light. That is why I say I am no drag racer. I completely ignore the guy next to me and do my thing. I am only at the track to set records.
