This sidenote is addressed to all those who give mileage and speed in kms. The majority of members use miles as this is a U.S site. Could you please include your posts with approximate distance and speed in miles also.

I get what you're saying man but what's crazy is we Canadians can convert between kilometers and miles but you're telling me you can't when the rest of the world uses kilometers?

I'll even throw out in here since we're your neighbors to the north it may be something you might want to consider learning at some point. And I say that with the utmost respect because we've respected you enough to learn about miles.

It may be an American site but I can guarantee you if you stopped by a Canadian site and asked a question and use miles we would just give you an answer and not a lecture

I wouldn't exactly call my comment a lecture. Sorry I upset you, eh!

I am wondering how your alignment has been on your Camaro. Has it been perfect? Have you needed it adjusted? Anything noteworthy?

My problem: a few times in my first (~1300 miles) 2100km of ownership, my alignment has temporarily acted imbalanced pulling to the left. This is irrespective of the road, no tire pressure issues, and the issue corrects itself for no apparent reason. The other day, on my regular route home, my car was pulling to the left enough that I just let go of my wheel for a few seconds in order to switch into a left lane. It didn't feel dangerously out of alignment, just annoyingly. For (~11 miles) 17km I had this problem, after making many right and left turns, and travelling on various roads, all on a route I've taken many times before. I was obsessively paying attention to it, tried switching from sport mode to tour mode, tried taking a couple turns wider to let the steering wheel 'stretch'. All of a sudden the problem sorted itself out a (~1.5 miles) couple km or so from home, alignment felt more or less straight. Next day? No issue either way to/from. Same weather, same conditions.

My objective right now is to diagnose the issue, or be able to better communicate it with a dealer/mechanic. Ideally I want to know what it is and do nothing about it, knowing with certainty it's a benign issue -- but I don't know that yet. One guess as a car-illiterate person with no idea is it was the suspension staying tight on one side for whatever reason, causing the car to be slightly misaligned, and then loosened up just before I got home. Another guess would be the parking break didn't fully disengage, and slightly kept one wheel working slower than the other just slightly. Idk? Anyone know their stuff?
I had something similar to this however, I only noticed it one day because I noticed my steering wheel wasn't centered while I was driving on a straight away. Brought it to my dealer and he did a re-alignment, the front left and rear right tires were off by a little. Since then it's been perfect. If you can or when it starts to act up again look at the steering wheel to see if its centered.

I agree with this. A couple of times mine has acted like very stiff steering for a brief period and magically reset without me doing anything. I would have them check this out for sure.
