Hi Becky,

I am trying to better understand how the DOSP cycle exactly works.

I have a ZL1 1LE on order since mid May. My dealer has a couple of allocations and my order is 1st priority in the Order Workbench. This dealer's habit is to have everything ready to go before the dedicated DOSP cycle begins. If I understand correctly, the dedicated DOSP typically starts on Thursday (in this case today) and ends on Tuesday. So here is my question... If orders are buildable, constraint-free, in the system as an 1100 and ready to be picked up before the cycle starts and GM has earmarked a particular dealer allocation to be picked up on this cycle, would this order theoretically be picked up on Thursday? Or could it possibly be picked up later in the DOSP cycle said Friday or even later?

Your dealer knows - today - If allocation is available for this DOSP.

If allocation is available -
- dealer has from today thru Tuesday - to place the order.

Call your dealer -
Ask If they allocation for this cycle.

Thanks Becky. Got it. Didn't realize the dealer actually gets informed today if their allocation is a go or no go for this DOSP. Great to know. I'll contact them now to see if I'm in or out. Thanks for such a quick reply.

Is there a number to call or a way to find out what dealers have an allocation... I haved tried 10 dealers in my area with no luck... all say "we can put a order in and see if its picked up" I was also told there are only 26 being accepted this cycle.....

Some times if you really want something you may have to go far to get it, if there are 210 in this order Ordering Constraints, you need to find who does have one.
