Magnuson Pump failure?? HELP

i had some fluid leak out of the intercooler reservoir on a magnuson. when i removed the cap it it was 2 to 3 inches low i filled it and worked some air out by pushing on the upper hose. The pump should come on with the key in the run position with the engine off ( i think ) i can't hear the pump runing and i dont see any circulation.

Please help

Also check your connections and see if you see any coolant leaks. Check fuses.

Should be, it's vacuum to purge gas fumes from fuel tank.
If you want to run pump with no power on, pull relay and jumper terminal 30 and 87 with a wire (as long as 15 amp fuse is good) This method is good to bleed system of air (that does take some time)
Hope your pump is good, that's a job to replace.

I sent an email for you to Magnuson to help get your issue resolved. Did you do the install or was it done at a shop?

If everything was installed correctly it's pretty much impossible for the pump on the Camaro systems to be air bound. There must be something wrong with the pump or the power to it. It will be swirling like mad in that tank when the pump is running.

Thx Mike, glad you chimed in on this issue. Frank talked to Derick yesterday about the pump and hopefully they can get it figured out.

Keep in mind this pump starts up slow and needs a hand on it once it reaches max speed,if you feel it running it should be flowing.

I agree with mike

Agree, you can take the cap off and see the flow of the coolant and you can also hear the pump running with the engine off and in the accy mode.
