Is there any way to standardize a setting so I don't have to repeatedly turn the sound up every time? With Apple, if Siri stops talking and I'm not done turning up the volume, the volume selector changes to music again, so turning Siri volume up becomes frustrating.
Drop the iPhone and get an Android phone....lol. Seriously though it almost sounds like the phone is the issue. myLink has only separate volumes for phone calls and media. It sounds like Siri is using phone call volume. I might would try a friends iPhone and see if you have the same behavior. Maybe some iOS users will chime in. But I have no issues at all with my S8.

Quite a few magnetic Lightning cables here: (US Amazon)

I don't have any experience with these so you'll need to rely on the reviews from previous buyers.

If you have a case its likely the cable wont fit. Its slightly larger than a standard cable. I bought a 3 pack and cant use it with my case. Not changing cases either just for a stupid plug. But if you are the type that toes the line and goes without a case, this would work well. Or if you have a case with a large charging port hole you should be good.

At first I got a great idea that these cables were magnetic and would magentize themselves to a designated area to prevent the annoying spaghetti in the center console. Now I know.
