This could only happen to me!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, I get on the beltway off an exit ramp and turn my head one time, look back and boom. Hit some lady in the rear who I think had already rear ended someone else. I go to the insurance adjuster and get a 3800 check for repairs. Mainly cosmetic damage, Mainly!!!!!!. So then as im going to jba chevy to make my appointment...BOOM THIS BITCH CUTS IN FRONT OF ME AND MAKES A LEFT TURN!. I TRIED to avoid her truck but she got me..basically overlapping the prior damage but even more!!!!!!!!!!!!!.so Im going thru her insurance for everything!!!!!!!
Meanwhile I still have the 3800 from State Farm.....IM CONFUSED HELP!!!!!!!!!......two pics are the first one and then the second one......ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Keep it unless they are requiring a receipt. It will help pay for the insurance increase from an at fault accident.

Ask State Farm if you decide to close the claim and give the money back, will they still charge you with an at fault accident.

It would only be fraud if you don't disclose the prior damage to the second company.

State farm said if they don't say anything about the prior damage don't say anything.
And i could cancel that claim removing the at fault.

well since they paid you on your first one, there are records of the first accident, I would mention it. Unless you want hem to completely deny your claim for fraud

Its not fraud if they dont ask..if they ask and I lie then yea. Out of state farms mouth themselves. So, if both claims are used, and the bumper is included in both, which ins pays, I mean jus because it never had a chance to get fixed, doesnt mean they get off scott free......this is CRAZY
