Engine bay beep

What's up everyone? Was washing my car and a beeping from the engine bay started. Sounds like coming from air filter area. So odd. Removed neg battery post and it still beeps. Anyone know what this is?????? Beeps every 20-30 seconds.

Happen to have a friend that might have put an "annoyatron" device under your hood? If you pull the battery and it still beeps that would be my first guess.

I know that someone on here bought a car that had a dealership installed alarm/tracking device. They only found it because they were working on something under the dash. If it has a backup battery then maybe it could be beeping?

lol yeah, spend about 10 minutes outside of your car after you shut it off. There's all kinds of stuff going on while it sits for a while. Beeps galore.

Anyone figure out what this is? I can't figure it out either. Thought my friends were crazy when they said it was beeping. Any help appreciated.

I second the dealer alarm thing.....look under the dash for a small device probably screwed into something. The clue is the beeping after pulling the neg cable.....

I have owned my 2016 Camaro 2SS since February 2017. During that time I have never heard a beep, until today while washing the car. It wasn't a steady beep, it varied. Had neighbors come over, and heard it as well. The beep was coming from the air filter area of the engine compartment. Anyone find out any additional info regarding this?
