So I just swapped out the front bow-tie with the RCC painted one and it took me about 1 minute.

You can literally pull it off with your hands. A firm grip on one edge (I started with the left edge) and slipped a trim tool under the edge, applied firm and even pressure and that sides tab popped out, and then with my hands I just slowly pulled the entire thing off. Nothing broken or scratched. New bow-tie popped right in.

Super. Simple.

Edit: I now have a set of black bow-ties I'll sell to anyone here at a deep discount, PM me.
Edit 2: Added a rear pic.

Very nice! Getting my tie off the front took a little more time than yours. Probably because my install tool was a little too thick to get underneath. I had to use a butter knife to wedge under it.
