agree - you can get some great deals if you find them locally. Shipping can be a killer. I understand Greyhound is the cheapest way to ship

I switched to the new Conti's.. the extreme contact sport., they are the best tire I have been able to find. They were made to compete with the pilot super sports. The new PSS is supposed to be better though.

I see you have two 255/35R20s. What is the other size and what wheels are you putting these on?

Just to update you, ran 11.962 last night. Pullin 1.7 60's all night on dws06.

Give us some driving impressions after a few hundred if you don't mind.
Early opinions give the edge to the PS4 in dry but the Conti does well in the wet. (Conti is cheaper as well)
These are not race tires so some street driving will pretty much even the playing field.

I have put 10k on these and so far I'm very happy with them. They launch alright, do better than any sport tire I have ran in the rain. I have ran PSS, and I would say these do just as good if not better. I've never ran PS4's so I can't comment on them for that. With my power, no street tire hooks up really so that's hard to knock it for. I would like for the tire to talk to me more when I'm pushing it though. They make next to no noise, and I can't hear them in the cab at all.

Here is a video at the track, but you really can't tell how they are biting.

Wrankin, he's not running a stock 2SS, read below his post he is making 667hp-577ft lbs. Pretty awesome setup actually. I'm looking at the same tire and my 2SS is stock so I'm sure they will handle anything I can toss out on the street. Great post and information everyone, you saved me a $hit ton of research time.

That's "Chevy71" making the 667hp-577ft lbs. C6J is looks to be bone stock. If he's in the high 11's, even 12.2, he's got to be one of the fastest bone stock 1/4 milers.

"C6J" - you should add your ETs into the 1/4 mile database.
