you couldn't tell it has had been replaced, the dealer I went to replaces about 3 a week.

Many on the SS side have issues with the headliner. Mine needs to be replaced at some point also.

I have that buzz as well which sounds like it's coming from one of the AC vents on the center console. Only happens over certain type of pavement. Really annoying but I just don't really want a dealer to take it for a drive to try and reproduce the issue, then disassemble. I'm so afraid of the thought. The AC vent on the left side makes some annoying rattling noise too. Really the only things wrong I've noticed so far.

What did you do to correct your problem? From what I can tell, the the bezel seems to be snapped on tight. Would love to get this sorted out without having to take it to the dealer.

You are correct about it only doing it on certain sections of road. I heard it twice in the first 200-250 miles leaving the dealership.

I could tell it was coming from left of the steering wheel and I just kept touching around the top DS door panel and finally the chrome bezel on the vent. It stopped I let off and it was buzzing again. I pushed around it about every 90 degrees and the bottom of it felt like it was out further than any of the other spots. Thats all I did really. It didn't do it any more the rest of the trip.

So it fixed it or the type of pavement that causes it ran out lol.

I haven't been able to drive it much the last few days because of work and its been raining like crazy in Destin the last few days.

I am driving it to Atlanta for the Bama/FSU game so that will be the next time on Interstate roads. So if it reappears I will post up.

Unreal... Chevrolet really needs to pay attention to their quality
