I have used FedEx auto transport before, enclosed trailers, they are great!

Had no idea they even had such service! Good to know!

I've heard about 4 companies are great (all enclosed).
Not in any particular order:
Passport Auto Transport,
Horseless Carriage Carriers,
Intercity lines,
Reliable Carries is what I would suggest. Have experience with em plus GM uses them. Pricey but well worth it.

A couple things to note when it comes to carriers. Not all will do the transport you need due to the routes. If it is auction related, they will pick it up and take it there as they are sponsors of them but for personal related they might not. I would say to call them instead of filling out their online thing for much faster info gathering. Give them the zip code of pick up and drop off and they will give you a VERY close average of how much it would cost. They on average need about 5 to 10 business days heads up before they can schedule it for pick up and delivery.

Intercity and Plycon consistently get good reviews on the Corvette forums.

Reliable Carries is who I would use for your ZL1 1LE.

GPS Tracking the entire way and you are updated along the way.

I'd use one of these as they have tons of high-dollar veh transports.

Barrett Jackson in Scottsdale uses Nationwide;

Barrett Jackson in Ft Lauderdale uses Reliable;

I've heard many positive reviews on Horseless Carriage. It's all they do.

I work for the second largest Transport company in the industry... www.ritewayautotransport.com . Careful with a couple of the companies that are listed above... over charge, and they're only brokers... they farm out your vehicle to anyone that will call on it...

Riteway is just another brokerage that is in every suite, basement & back bedroom in south FL. You may work there, but they are FAR from being number 2 in the industry.

You are not even a bleepin carrier, just a broker juggling phones. Stop the nonsense.

To the op, Reliable & Horseless carriage are top notch. Please avoid the many hacks the auto transport industry has to offer. Use professionals only.

I use Intercity for transporting 3 vehicles from NY to TX. Price was very fair, and had no issues at all. Driver was very friendly and actually interested in the cars as well!

Yeah, I used them about 10 years ago, not sure if they are still directly under the FedEx name and how good they are now, but they were fantastic when I used them.

I used Reliable to transport my 13 ZL1 from Ohio to Wisconsin. They put a light one inch scratch on the passenger rear quarter and said they would pay whatever it cost to fix it right. A high end shop took all the trim off so no blend in was needed and replace all the fasteners with new. A expert auto appraiser couldn't detect that it was touched. Cost $2,500 and Reliable had a check to me within 24 hours of getting the estimate.

Sucks that shit happens but good to know they will make it right - regardless of cost

Another vote for Reliable Carriers.

I shipped a rare car from PA to CA, top notch service the entire way. They were not the cheapest, but they also weren't the most expensive.

I've dealt with brokers.. and it was a headache from pickup to delivery. I agree with what's posted above.. stick with name brand, professional carriers.

Wrong Genius.. we actually own the whole building here, and we're not just a broker.. learn of what you speak before you open your mouth.... that was a nice try though.
