I was under the impression that you have to hold down the traction off button for about 5 seconds that turns off all assistence first, but someone else said just don't lift your foot in any mode.

Never tried it in tour but it for sure works in sport and track. Keep your foot firmly planted HPT shows the factory file set at minimum of 93% throttle position. I do know that for a fact. The minimum RPM like I said, not quite sure.

That's because I like to eat a sandwich between gears shifts. Are you saying I shift slowly or something ?!?! It will go faster if you can get all the extremities moving quicker.

In all seriousness the best part about NLS is 1-2. It doesn't upset the traction in the car if you were to just bang second under full power. After second it's fairly gimicky in my opinion. I guess it would help the drag racer guys.... in the end it's just another tool in a feeble attempt to level the playing field with the auto guys. (Will never even the field in a true manual)

As far as I know there is no minimum rpm...from what I saw in HP Tuners while working on my buddies car was 93% throttle and 31 mph if I recall...that's it.

I challenge anyone in the area to come drive my car and make it work. Its not rocket science. Hold pedal to floor, get up to near redline, clutch in change gear clutch out.. like i said i had this in a previous vehicle and it worked the same way except it actually worked. its really fun to do in the camaro if you like bouncing off redline! lol

Does bouncing off the redline cause any kind of damage to the car?

I'd say it would over time.

By the way I'm not disputing that it exist on camaros. There's plenty of proof that it does. I'm just not sure what's up with mine. Wondering if it's because its such an early build.

Slick3 everything about that was beautiful. The road, the car, the area, the noise, the back drop. Stunning. And the 1le hauled ass. So i was a valet for awhile and it turns out anything can be NLS if you want it to be lol jk. So our cars must have a system in place to keep it from destroying itself right?

I took delivery in Feb '16 and mine has it. I checked it out on the way home from work the other day. Worked as described...was even in tour mode.

Why do you think your SS doesn't have NLS?

Glad NLS was confirmed. It was in the tune and some members have been using it for a while.

I bumped into it a few times, but now I started drag racing with it.

Is there really any benefit? It seems to me there is a little fall over after the shift. So is timing pulled a little?

My times are not affected as far as I can tell, although I may be more consistent.

On a side note my shift light is working! But I bought the wrong version of the tach/light.
