2016 Camaro Sunroof headroom

Hello,

Does anyone know how much headroom is lost with a sunroof?

Thanks

enough to make me want one without .

Look there isn't much to begin with and losing 1 to 1.5 is too much.

If you plan to track the vehicle, you'll want the headroom for a helmet. I'm 6'1" with a long torso and I don't think I could fit with my helmet on if I had a sunroof. Plus you lose that sweet reverse mohawk roofline

My 50 has a sunroof. I'm 6'3, can wear a hat, and I don't have any issues. I will tell you, cruising around, with the sunroof open, on a sunny day, hearing those pipes roar, IS TOTALLY AWESOME! If you can, get the sunroof.

Well covered topic. But at 6'3" and a 6'4" son, we both fit. It all depends on you, not just your height. Sit in one before you know for sure.

some folks are "all torso", it depends on where it is, so i agree, go sit in them first.

6'3 ft.tall here drove a 1SS without Sunroof for 500 miles / 5 days in Sunny Florida and I felt like I had decent space to want the sunroof like @TheMojoRising said "to hear those pipes roar"

5'11 and no issues. Love the sunroof and it also helps with the slight closterphobi feel of the interior.

I am just a little under 5'9" and I can sit up high on a 1SS no problem. I will try the sunroof and see if I can live with the 1" loss in head room. Thanks for everyone's feedback.

I"m 6/0 with a long torso so my head touches the roof in a sunroof car with the seat all the way down. In a non-sunroof car i have room.

Everyone's sitting height is different, so if concerned about fit, you need to go sit in one and adjust the seat.

6'4" and I can't drive a sunroof car without tilting my head. If you are big/tall and want the headroom, check out a convertible - plenty of room in mine!
