LT4 Maggie and 91 pump - 712RWHP
Since I couldn't find a way to be at Camaro Fest (and the Camaro is there), figured I'd spend an evening with my daily driver Z06 and hit the dyno to start dialing in the water injection that we added last weekend.
Car is a 2015 Z06 LT4 with 2300 Maggie - with 80mm pulley and no other mods it made 629 RWHP on 91 pump gas in this configuration. (totally stock with the TVS 1740 it made 545RWHP) Tonight I ran 91 pump gas, 70mm SC pulley on the 2300 Maggie and AEM water system with 2 large nozzles and 50/50 water/meth mix. I was beyond the limit of the LT4 fuel system so the 50/50 was chosen to help meet the fuel requirements. Car is otherwise stock from airbox to exhaust. Made an easy 712 RWHP @16psi on pump gas with no knock. Blower was only spinning 18,900 so there is plenty of room left for more power. This low compression engine clearly needs more boost so I'll have to swap to an ATI lower damper and 20% overdrive lower to get the boost into the 18-20 psi range. Higher boost along with a 103 throttle body and high flow cold air intake could get my daily driver to 800 RWHP... Since the Camaro went 140MPH in the quarter with 730 RWHP, could this modest 800 RWHP push the ligher and more aero vette to 150? Can't wait to find out, but still wishing I was at Camaro Fest this weekend...

Dyno Plot - still have a bit of work to do in the mid-range as I'm sure there is more torque available there, just need more time...

I'm still running stock air-box and throttle body so I'll be upgrading both of those and switching to an ATI balancer with 20% overdrive lower as I look for the next step in HP.

The 70mm pulley that I'm running is smaller than the EO specification, but it's about a 5 minute job to change that. I normally swap the pulley on/off at the track.

He's at it again. The Magnuson mad scientist can't sleep or eat but his cars make a shit load of power and run like crazy. If it can be done with a Maggie he'll do it.

How reliable would this setup be long term before bottom end and driveline become an issue?

I plan of running a much smaller pulley in the near future once I get my new fuel system. Then I hope to go down to at least a 80mm for daily driving and maybe the 75 mm for drag racing. Hope to make a much power as the Vet. Mikes got it figured out and he's pretty safe on his tunes, but still make a shit load of power. Proud to be part to the Magnuson Team.

No idea on drivetrain, just depends on how good a tire you put on it. Doubt that you could break anything on street radials, probably still be OK on drag radials, slicks - maybe pushing it... I'll let you know though!
