I used Adams Polishes ceramic kit and the car is looking amazing. I just completed it lastnight and it was very easy. The prep is the MOST important part!

The clear bra installer I use has been doing it about 20 years and is very good in the Tampa Florida area. He has done the last 4 cars I have had including daily drivers.
He will be doing my white ZL1 1LE when it arrives and he is suggesting full polishing it first to remove the swirls left from Chevy and then using clear Sun Tek on full front fenders, full hood, rocker panels, lower half doors or entire doors if I want, full rear quarter panels and then ceramic coating entire car. For windows he is using Suntek on all windows. |

I got the car coated with Modesta BC-05 including the windows and rims. The water beading is amazing. I hardly use the wipers in heavy rain fall and brake dust almost blows of the rims with a slight puff. Yesterday (300 km on the clock) a grease filling (sausage) for a grease gun fell out of a small truck. The car in front of me ran over it, spattered the whole front. I then ran over it myself and the car's whole right side and wheel wells got grease all over them. Went to the carwash later that day and it all came off with a little multi purphose cleaner help. Without the coating it would have been a lot more difficult although I did spend 2 hours there. Ok, this doesn't happen every day but it's one of those moments I was glad I made the investment. It doesn't protect from chips as I already have a nice one on top of the front bumper right in the middle which I can't unsee :(
