RPI vs C7Carbon ZL1 Sideskirts
Hello,
The C7 only come in gloss black not Satin. Anyone have any thoughts, praise, or complaints about either brand? I am leaning towards RPI but they are $50 more, not much difference there but they are the correct colour for the 1LE at Satin Black. I live in Canada if that makes any difference. Side note: I read somewhere that the ZL1Addons deluxe rock guards do not fit the ZL1 skits without modification, can anyone confirm or deny that rumor?

Check Out The ACS Composites ZL1 Style Sideskirts
I'm getting these for my 1LE. They fit flush to the front wheel opening line. So the flat plastic type splash guards will fit OK. They have pictures of them on a 1LE (painted in "1LE Black"). Also look at the installation video.

The ACS rockers are >$350 USD @$778 for the pair. Is it worth the extra cash? both C7 and RPI are around $400-$450

ACS ZL1 rockers
I just installed a pair of ACS Zl1 rockers on my SS 1LE. I think they look fantastic. Im pretty picky and I would say they are 90per cent of of the OEM rockers look. I also have Zl1 addons Rock guards and there are no issues. As a matter of fact I actually think the ZL1 Addons rockguards enhance the look because you do not see the front of the ACS ZL1 rocker. It butts up flush and really looks nice. Now I can understand if you have an issue with drilling holes and installing rivets in a brand new car. Everyone who has seen them loves the and asked if they are OEM. THere is a small seam at the top of the rocker but it fits the contour of the body so well I think it is a non issue. I will say that the satin finish is not as Black as the splitter and spoiler but it looks great and really matches the wheels and the hood wrap well. My car is Hyper blue and I couldnt be happier. I think the this really finishes off the look of the car. They certainley should be functional as they truly copy the OEM ones. They were easy to mount and align , the toughest part was jacking up the car. A set of compression claps make the job a snap. I wish I knew how to post pics but I'll try a little later. HYper blue paint ws $180.00 a pint not sure how much the satin black is. Where the Oems with paint and prep will run approx $ 1000 - $1100 these with freight were about $850 in 1LE satin black finish. Hope this helps. I VERY pleased with the final result.

I purchased bare fiberglass Z1 skirts from C7carbon for low 300 shipped and my paint guy will match it to 1LE black for ~$200 so ~500 is a bit cheaper than ACS which was ~850 shipped.

Well. I went with RPI. They use UPS... as such I got dinged with a bullshit brokerage fee. I do not recommend RPI until they change shippers.
