ProCharger CNC Billet intake, with a little candy added....

ProCharger leads the way with this intake...and has since the day it was created. Our skilled welders make these things look like flat out ARTWORK!

But, thanks to ProMeth this unit is even sexier with a bit of candy added.
I can't believe Tim didn't share these images over here. (so I will, lol)

Maybe I am just excited cause I get to tune this beast soon.

The intake wasn't built for NA use....
So no reason to even do a comparison for that.

Oddly enough, some of the intakes that do very well for N/A gains.
SUCK once boost is added. (just something to think about)

This intake performs on par with a stock unit at N/A stock power level.
Only for about 1,000 rpm, does it loose 10ft lbs of TQ in the mid range.
(Which is much much better than most would expect for a short runner intake)

Care to elaborate. I am going to find out soon enough on my own but I would like to hear from the expert. Thanks.

I am one of the few peoples that do "Back to BACK" tests of many products. Only because I have the 1) time, 2) equipment to do so, and 3) I have no monetary gains to be had. (AKA: I don't sell anything)

But, since I do work in the industry and have a VERY strict personal "NO BAD PRESS POLICY"... I don't really share much of my info. The internet is full of haters, fan boi's, and false info. So much so, that its hard to present factual data in most cases.

Sorry, my elaboration question may have been unclear in its presentation. If anyone knows about getting hated on for presenting factual data it is me. I was more looking for the atttributes of what makes a good S/C IM vs. N/A at the normal guy level. And even at the high end. More theory than product discussion. I hope that makes more sense. I would never ask a vendor to "bad mouth" a product that doesn't perform well with their product. But every product has its best application and that should be made clear through testing.

We are very much the same then as I also back to back test everything I get my hands on. But since I work for no one nor care who's products work and don't I publish the results I find. I think that is owed to the consumers since there are thousands of hard earned dollars at stake. I absolutely understand your position as the company you represent manufactures a product. I on the other hand focus on making products better and figuring out where each products limitations are and focus on what reaches my goals. That is why I was reaching for your hard earned knowledge. I wasn't looking for you to say product A sucks with no explication as to why or what causes the sucking.

I greatly appreciate your answer. It very much changes my focus on which manifold I will concentrate on when I put your company's product on my car. My limited knowledge base on it just got flipped up side down and now I will spend time working on the why.

So will this setup use some kind of driver box based on ignition? Or does it arm pretty much like nitrous at WOT and a certain boost threshold?

Armed like all the other meth set ups for the most part
Based off of the boost signal I'll have it come on at 3psi and fully in at 9psi
