Electric Cutouts... Worth it?

Hey all!

So, last September I ordered my 2017 2SS and have been driving it since November. Since day one, I loved my NPP exhaust. In fact, I still do. However, in those times where I wished I had an aftermarket exhaust, I feel torn because I paid for the NPP system. I'd like to have my cake and eat it to. After reviewing countless youtube clips of the QTP Electrical Cutouts system, I may have found the answer to my exhaust system needs. But are they worth it? Pros and cons? Thoughts?

I have the noweeds cutouts and I like them, I can press a button for 25% open and really hear the exhaust. Fully open it's like "race car" loud. I have NPP but have fuse pulled. The cutouts don't sound good when AFM valves close.
The fully open kind of sounds like a farm truck with just headers at times, but only go fully open when I wanna go WOT and then it sounds awesome.

I would do it again, I like having the option to be obnoxiously loud when I want.

They are worth it to me. Love mine. Get the remote control option too if you get the cutouts

Thanks for the input! I think it's a good investment considering I'll be able to keep my NPP setup.

I'm in the same boat. Like my NPP (except for the excessive rattling at cold start-up), and the ability to be quiet when I leave for work at 6:00am! But definitely want the ability to be loud sometimes too! I will be getting the NoWeeds Diverters as soon as financial authorization is granted from "The Queen"!!!

Mine are on the car now with a custom 3" system. It needs some tweeks but the cut outs are nice to have for noise. I will test them eventually to see if there is any power there.
