Slowman, max the F camber, I got 2.6 F with 0.05 toe out and 1.6 R with 0.10 toe in. The tire wear looks pretty good thus far. Ran them about 36-37 psi hot (after a cool down lap) and not once did they felt greasy albeit it was on an intermediate vs GP type track, so this is still work in progress for me.

Update on Laguna Seca noise restriction - I attended the 6/23 event - The temp was around 67-70 when we started the day.
1) I started easy and short shifted right after existing turn 5 - never got blacked flag
2) On the last session I was chasing Spec Corvette (Gen6) and pushed the rev higher (3rd gear into ~5K RPM) - didnt get the black flag

I bought the car used and it was modified with StainlessWorks catback. According to their videos I should be around high 9xdB but they measure "C" weighted while in Laguna it is "A" weighted.

The car is superb ... tons of fun !!!

You likely didnt get flagged on the last session because you were in close proximity to another car. That's another trick...

and it's my FAVORITE trick, in fact. the only trick that's actually fun and makes you feel like you're getting away with murder.

Finally got my first track day in! I was very rusty since my last track day in August of '15. I need to be in lower gears than I did in my FI MIata and that took awhile to adapt to. All in all I love the car. I am also braking very early. I think I just don't trust this 3700 pound car to stop! (fear and old age!) I'll adapt though. Listen at 15:00 minutes you'll hear the low fuel chime! Doh!

Went back for an aft session today and tested 3 different drive modes so I could update my PTM thread. Anyway...chopped off another 0.9 seconds off my new PB of 3 days ago. This car rocks!!!
Canadian NASCAR Pinty's Series car was testing there with Adam Andretti getting ready for Toronto Indy road course. A Trans Am hotshoe that will fill in for champ Steckly. I tried hanging with him but didn't last very long Anyhow, the car continues to completely impress in full stock form.

Dumb question, trying to get the PDR to display both the gps track overlay and the lap timer. Tried searching the forum and couldn't find specific instructions......track mode on PDR and mark finish line is all I should need to do right?

That's it. HP supplement also has a pretty detailed explanation as to how to use PDR.

Finally getting around to uploading some PDR footage! Here's my fastest run from my latest Auto-X event. First time running all 4 runs in PTM Race, getting more confident in the car but it's evident I can still push it a lot harder. Still learning and getting better with each event!

Went to Calabogie last weekend for 3 days with Ottawa BMW Club. Those guys put on an excellent event which is on my schedule every season.
If you live in NE and haven't been it is well worth a drive!

A few pix attached, including a nice Ferrari 430 which I got to drive for 1 full stint and my Cayman brotherhood neighbours!

Also, Multimatic has a shop there and uses the track for tests.

The car continues to amaze me with its balance and pace even on stock tires which are absolutely superb. Over the course of 3 days I got passed twice: by a Radical on Hoosiers and race prepped M3 on Trofeo Rs (in instructor/solo run group). The car is bone stock except for Carbotech XP10 pads (which did very well BTW both on track and street).

Hey, everyone.

Due to some astonishment when I posted the original video, I wanted to make the whole session avail to anyone who might like to use it as a 'reference session' in Cosworth.

Background:
I was able to secure the services of Darren Seltzer as my instructor for a Sebring day with Chin.
Darren is a automotive wunderkind of the highest order. He was my instructor WAY back when I started AutoX (Starting Line School) and I have kept in contact with him as I progressed from AutoX to HPDE.

The Car:
2017 Camaro SS 1LE - completely stock, including tires which at the time of this running already had ~25 AutoX runs and a Daytona Rolex Course weekend on them

The Track:
Sebring long course on a hot, clear (whoo!) blue sky day in Florida @ 1:03pm. Ambient ranged from 82F-93F. On this lap it was 91F.

The Result:
Darren, in his 1st ever hot lap in a 1LE, ran a 2:28.
FYI - anything below 3:00 is respectable, <2:45 is brag worthy, <2:30 is professional and requires genuflecting.

I have linked to an un-edited PDR video. Editing for content seems to strip out the embedded PDR data, so please ignore the 1st and last laps. It's the middle lap (the 3rd) that deserves attention.

Enjoy and happy tracking!

Hello from the Glen! The car is amazing and the Cup2s are working well. Got a 2:12.04 in a rare clean lap (240 cars in total at this event!!!). This car is superb and it does attract a lot of attention both with its performance and sound
