Stock 2SS with NPP Rattle
Hey guys, I tried to search Camaro6 for rattle, and found some regarding the butterfly valves and rattle at idle.
However, my issue is rattle during medium to hard acceleration (WOT), sounds like it comes from rear exhaust/passenger side only. A very loud rattle during hard acceleration, especially after making a left. Any ideas? take it to dealer?

Problem many have had. Including me.
There is a fix, They glue the valve. Awesome isn't it. Fix worked on mine for 4 or months. Rattles again. If it is rattling now....it will rattle on idle eventually. Dealer should know of bulletin.

I live with mine! I pulled the fuse anyway so the valves are open all the time and it's set in track mode for the exhaust. The rattle does stop when the engine idles down though.

Yes by all means take it to the dealer because there may be something loose under the car and let them check it over.

I could hear my rattle under load as well as idle. They superglued it. I'm expecting it to return.

oh no... =/Alright, thank you guys for the information. Superglue? what the hell... maybe just demand a new exhaust if rattle comes back after they "superglue" it.

Yep, they "glued" mine too but it didn't fix it. Next, they replaced the entire exhaust, problem solved...

I wasn't able to replicate the rattle today, did about 15 hard accelerations.

Has anyone found a permanent fix for this beside pulling the fuse? I had the TSB done and my rattle came back about 2 months later. I use my stealth mode when backing in the garage and on early morning start ups. I would love for this problem to get fixed correctly!
