Dark tail lamps with zl1 1le brake light??
Sorry for making a thread about this, but I cannot seem to find the thread where a member got his hands on the zl1 1le dark brake light early and installed it. I'm looking into getting the dark tailights when the brake lights come out and wanted to see a pic with the complete set up. I can't seem to find it though. If anyone could point me to that thread it'd be much appreciated!
P.s, what is the lowest price I can find for the dark tail lamps? How much did you guys pay? |

GM Dark Tail Lights are about $423 shipped .. that's cheapest i think i seen them new .. used will depend on the seller.

Yeah $420 is about the cheapest I've seen too. Is this the cheapest they're gonna get? They've been out a while now and they've always been around this price....will they get any cheaper or is this the cheapest they're gonna get?
Also, I've seen those threads too, that's not the one I'm thinking about. I'm talking about the guy who somehow got his hands on the brake light installed it and posted pics. |

Any word on when it is coming out? I'm waiting to install my GM dark tail lights until I get all three pieces.

Probably in 2.5 months or so .. I tinted my 3rd light .. I couldn't wait to put dark tails on lol

Figured I would leave a couple pics since people are starting to talk about this again
 . Install takes about 30minutes. Only annoying part is removing the old gasket and cleaning it all off.

lol yeah ahha .. i tinted mine as well.. and yeah i think they are up for sale once the ZL1 1LE comes out .. so i see it taking 2 months
