my buddy who is there right now has offered his place for about 3-4 months to get on my feet only charge is utilities. I work in the over night security guard sector.
I loved Texas when I was truck driving threw that state. put on a few pound from the food lol

but one thing I have always woundered because I never got to go near it.

not much of a drinker or club person. more of a nerd if anything

Haha threads not too old anyway. I never got a chance to move. Some things came up and we are gathering our bearings. Might just wait until after the wife finishes graduate school. Not really sure what's going to happen and when. But I'm with you on the nerd stuff never been a drinker or partier. Much rather hangout at home or grab a movie or dinner. Wide open space is what I'm dying for.

id just be happy to make money not taxed to death by the state.
my hand was forced to go tax exempt...my pay check went from 250-290$ a week up to 495$ a week.
Texas id be making 500-600$ a week so its a no brainer where I am going to move. and save about 200$ in gas and food combined
