Unless you used LocTite and or a Nordlock style washer, the nut will work loose again.

I used a hint of blue loctite (just a hairline) and it seems to be holding fine

I used Loctite Red and it lasted a month, but started rattling again yesterday...ARGH!

Nordlock washers are your friend.

Interesting, are you sure you torqued them enough? I used blue loctite (not a fan of the red as I believe it's a bit overkill). You may try using Nordlocks as mentioned above

Well, I tighten them as much as I can. I can't squeeze my old torque wrench in there for a reading, though.

It lasted about 5k miles on a drop of Loctite Red...I guess the rattle breaks the Loctite...

All I have to do is find those Nordlock washers, I guess.

One of the guys on here was asking about the proper torque for the end links. Here is a copy of the TSB listing those #'s.

SERVICE INFORMATION

Chevrolet Camaro 2017 All All LT1, LT4 All

Involved Region or Country North America
Additional RPO/s: FE4 suspension
Condition Some customers may have a concern where they hear a clunk or rattle noisecoming from the front of the vehicle when hitting bumps.This can typically be heard while driving at parking lot speeds and hitting imperfections or speed bumpsin the road.
Cause This noise may be caused by the front stabilizer bar end link nut(s) loosening up which may cause the stabilizer bar end link(s) to make a rattle noise.This can happen on either/both side(s) of the vehicle.This noise can easily be mistaken forafront strut and/or strut mount assembly noise.

CORRECTION

Dealership technicians are to inspect the upper and lower stabilizer end link nuts for proper torque. The lower nut should be torqued to89 foot pounds (120 NM) and the upper nut should be torqued to 74 foot pounds (100 NM).If the upper nut is found to be loose, tighten the nut to spec and submit a Field Product Report per bulletin 02-00-89-002. (Canadian dealersshould refer to bulletin 10-00-89-006).
