Does anyone know how much of a lag there is from actual production start to when the online system is updated? Seems like there are a few of us that have TPWs of 6/12. I assume about 1 week for production. So next week perhaps completed. I recall the same with BMW and it was pretty much real time on updates. Of course, we all know that these dates could shift.
Also, on a side note, if we are getting 750 cars a year. That comes out to about 14 cars a week. Sounds like quite a few of us got the same TPW. Based on some of the responses, it would appear that there are several cars being produced in the first week. Does GM run a line over a specific duration, then switch to another model for another duration or shutdown for maintenance? If that's the case, then it would make sense to see a burst of produced cars sporadically. |

Well...
Yes. I tried to get the Red Hot fuel door, but got shut down on that. I may add it, regardless. Also, what does TPW mean? |

I was told by my dealer that I had a TPW of 6/19 two weeks ago. Now the sales rep is stating that only 1LE's are being built at the current time. Is this BS ? Should I just find a 17 as close to how I ordered the 18 ? TIA.
