I'm looking to get a feel for the normal turn around time for a remote tune. How much time is everyone waiting after submitting stock tune before they get their updated remote tune?

Well after I sent my stock file I had to wait over three weeks. This caused me to me miss 2 TNT events. Then I finally got it and was told as soon as I got my headers installed I would receive that tune. Its now been over a week with no response. I have used multiple avenues to contact tuner. For the amount I paid for the remote tune I believe this is completely absurd. I hope no one else is going through this. Again I missed another TNT because of this. I asked for a partial refund and I was treated like 3 weeks was normal.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with our current tuner.

Typical wait times with JRE are from a few hours to next business day. depending on what day of the week and what time of day you send your stock file in for modification.

What device are you tuning with?

For the 16 SS we tune with SCT and HPtuners.
