Gotta Say....

After just over 2 months and 2000 miles this 2SS is one of the most enjoyable cars I have owned.....yep there are a few things I don't like:

Usb plug location, not a big fan of touch screens, brake dust(don't matter, I wash it every week)...occasional window fogging....

BUT, this car is a beast, and absolutely fun to drive! One of the best looking cars I've owned too!

(not my daily driver, so possibly these small things are not as bothersome to me as some of you)

Poor paint job. Mosaic black, aside from the orange peel and primer showing through, the glitter in the paint is too small and visually looks more like the car is dusty than an intentional look.

Agreed, GM paint jobs on both these Camaros and the C7 Corvettes are horrible quality. We deserve better for the price we pay for these cars. Both Dodge and Ford paint quality is far superior.

primer showing through is a warranty claim.

Which will either get you a drawn out ordeal to get fixed or nothing. Unless it's in really noticeable places it's probably not worth the hassle.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with that. First few times it's a bit jerky then it's perfectly fine and buttery after that. I'm assuming it's the tranny fluid still needing to warm up.

It's been in the shop for 2 weeks. 10k miles, issue remains unknown.

It appears to be something ****y with the entire CAN bus, but GM Tech Services can't seem to pin down the problem as the CEL goes away before useful data can be logged.

I'm very quickly running out of patience. I'm paying for a car I can't drive. The loaner from the dealer doesn't cover that hole.
