What is that supposed to mean? leather bottom & cloth top? The upper part were the Fifty is stitched is of cloth and not leather?

Honestly not sure what the description means. I pulled it from a website. Ignore that, but that is the part numbers.

The arm rest is sueded like the knee bolsters, I can 100% verify that.
