Sealy or San Antonio raceway?

Finally passed 1500 miles and looking for a strip to hit. I've been to San Antonio raceway in the past and the track prep is iffy, especially on Friday nights. How's Lonestar compare?

Kinda rough, it's the Hennessee testing grounds...not sure if that makes a diff to you. Royal purple is great, but much further.

Honestly its pretty laughable. I go out there for short lines and a good atmosphere but the prep is usually pretty poor. My friends and I joke that we could hook harder on the feeder road outside the track. On a real tire its not too bad but street tires are sketchy. Just remember it used to be an 1/8th mile track and the scoreboards are still located at the end so keep in it until the 1/4 mile cone.

Thanks for the info. Guess I'll hit San Antonio raceway again. Track prep sucks also, but its only 83 miles away.
I'd like to try Royal Purple raceway sometime, but it's 198 miles away.

Need to do a 6th gen meet up at RPR! Would be awesome to see them all out on the track!
