Oh makes sense. So what you're saying is before I do anything I should use cquartz and after certain amount of time I can treat the car with waxes, glazes, sealants etc? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yea, cquartz has to be applied on absolutely clean paint. It is a microscopic glass that bonds to the clear coat/paint. The prep process is about 90% of the job. It's not really recommended if you don't feel like stripping the current wax or sealant, clay bar, polish, then use a spray to remove the polish residue before applying cquartz. Glenn has a few threads in the cosmetic forum that steps you through the process I'm sure.

Backed it out of the garage, cleaned the interior, and put it right back in... haven't driven it much lately.

Finally took the time to turn on the 0-60 timer and discovered that I'm HORRIBLE!
![]() Didn't help that I didn't really do this in a good location. I DID allow all components to warm up first. I will need to work on my technique and such. Driver -

Wiped her down this morning after getting caught in the downpour yesterday. Fenders are getting nicked to hell from kick-up from the front. Really need to order a splitter and some drop springs too.

Added Oracle SMD paint matched markers. IHMO they should have been OEM from the factory:

I'd tested out the Paddle Shifters today. It was nice to hear that engine rev up to 5500 rpms. Still learning the feel of it but today was a good day!

Changed my diff fluid and trans fluid today at 7500 miles. Tranny fluid looked new, but diff fluid was horrible!

Thank you. Got mine from AutoAnything when they were running one of their 22% discount specials. Sign up at their site for sale notifications or sometimes people post up on the main forum when they run promos.
http://www.autoanything.com/lights/o...ker-led-lights You can also see them here at Oracle's site: http://www.oraclelights.com/automoti...MD-Sidemarkers Took me about 10 minutes per marker to swap out for my 2017. A couple of screws to release the wheel liner, a couple clips to squeeze to pop the old ones out, unplug, plug the new ones, and snap them back into place.
