Could be due to the color. Arctic Blue isn't a hugely popular color so they may be waiting until they get more of that color in the order banks before building them.

I ordered myself a 2018 1SS 1LE, HBM, illuminated sill plates, black bow ties, non-PDR, dark finish tail lights, strut tower brace and a few more things that I'm forgetting.
