I think the money part is necessary, but the biggest reason this car is doing so well is because it has Ryan Martin and Billy Hayes behind the car lol. I could put double the money in a car and still not keep up with those guys!

My guess would be convertor slip or having to make the shift to 5th gear.

No slip. Not in the slightest.

That car has a big stall in it, and is having to go DEEEEEEP into 5th gear for that kinda MPH.

If you listen to any video of an A8 powered car, you will hear them make the very odd sounding shifts up top.
