1LE at Sonoma Raceway (PDR Video)

I posted this in 1LE track thread, but thought I'd share to other members as well. Just a couple of laps from my first session out with the 1LE at Sonoma Raceway, just happened to be chasing a Viper ACR. Car is showroom stock except for a brake fluid swap to SRF and a more aggressive alignment. This car blows me away every time, incredible. Stock brake pads even handled everything I threw at them, hardly any fade at all. The only issue was some slight mid to late corner push that increased as the sessions went on, tires got a bit greasy. Excited to try a 305 square set up in the coming weeks. Pretty happy with 1:49's in a showroom car, it can easily do 1:48's.

Very nice!

So, I've been staying away from sears point due to the amount of concrete there - compared to thunderhill and laguna seca.

But after watching your video - it really looks like only the bottom section has walls.

How do you think it compares to t-hill and MRLS?

I was there with my boys .. was hoping to drive but there were no openings. which run group are you in? also what level of traction control were you using?

i'll be with high-intermediate at MRLS next month with SpeedSF!

Compare in what way? Danger from walls? Fun? It's definitely one of my favorite tracks I've ever driven.

Advanced group, I'm pretty sure I will be at Laguna on the 9th, the day after SpeedSF's day. PTM:Race, I have no desire to remove it all on a street car. I have nothing to prove to anyone haha. Btw, you can see which driving mode and PTM mode on the PDR video.

My kids were a little confused when they saw your car as it is same color as mine. Looks good going around the track!!
