5th gen style with the 6th drivetrain would be a much bigger success then what the 6th gen is now....if it aint working ....change it up. The 5th gen will always be a classic as others have said. The 6th gen will just be known as the model betweeen the 5th and 7th gen.

I'm sorry but he said he wanted to this to make the 6th gen look more classic? i don't think any of the modern camaro's 4th,5th & 6th gen look classic whatsoever. They are modern with hints of retro. And the 6th gen improves on styling/performance/fit&finish over the previous generations. Why would you butcher a 6th gen to make it look shittier

No way.... Having owned a 5th gen I can honestly say that I would never go back. While I loved the 2012 when I bought it I can say without any doubt that the 6th gen is miles ahead of that car in every way including looks. I always felt the 5th Gens where bloated cars but you don't realize how bad they actually where until you see one side by side with a 6th gen.

No I wouldn't go backward.

5th gen is already looking dated. The refinements of the 6th were just right. Classic and modern

I too am in the Hell No category!! I had a Gen5 and moved up to the 6Gen because of the look and hp!! Time will tell though if I might keep my 6Gen because of the look of the Gen7. Even if there is one built.

I like what Duraflex did with the intakes in front of the steer tires as well as the hood. If I had a SS and the money to spend I'd get those two mods in a heartbeat. The rest of the Gen6 looks fine or better to me now in stock form. The Gen5 looks a bit tubby all around in my eyes, especially in the rear.

No, I wouldn't buy a 6th gen rebodied to look like a 5th gen. However, I would buy a 6th gen if it was rebodied to look like a retro modern 2nd gen. In a heartbeat!

No, I was never a fan of the 5th Gen; thought it had the worst retro aesthetics of the new pony cars.

Maybe they conceived their kids in a 5th gen but really need Apple Carplay.

I wouldn't change a thing on the 5th or 6th gen..I've owned them both. 6th was a move in the right direction getting the size and performance on track
