I hope they don't start to chunk on you. It used to happen a lot with these.

Have these (r888s) for the rear and moved my 275 eagle F1s to the front.. awesome tires. Hooks up at any speed like a mofo. No chunks or anything that I can see and it will only slightly hum on new or smooth highway roads.

I don't daily my car so it works fine. Other choices was the trofeos or cup 2s

The r888r hook way way better than the eagle f1s. They are louder though. I'd really like to compare them to pilot sport cup 2s just top see. Very happy with the traction I got out of them so far. I'm afraid going up Over an inch in size up front will be too much height with the lowering springs and the shocks are tight to begin with.

No problem man and sorry to highjack the thread

Yep I'm lowered on BMR springs. The wheels are Stance SF03 Rotary Forged wheels. Weight is 23.7 lbs for the 20x11 rears and 23.3 lbs for the fronts which is 20x10. Using R888s 315/30/20 rear and Eagle F1 275/35/20 for the fronts.

The combination of a real sticky tire and lightweight wheels is incredible especially handling

Stance SF03 gloss black

I am also sorry for being a part of the hijacking...lol

I have wanted to lower my ZL1 since I placed my deposit ...but I have been concerned about what affects there are, if any, on the MRC. I have read a few things here and there, but have been looking for more people with personal experiences before making the leap. Since I do track days, I really don't want to mess with the MRC functionality. Wheels look great, they appear to come in a lot of different colors too, but I think you nailed it with the gloss black. Thanks again for sharing the info and photos...much appreciated

Any rubbing? Move the wiring harness?

Don't the wheel speed sensors go crazy due to the difference sidewall heights of the front and back tires?
