Happened to me after only 800 miles, a rock struck the driver side auxiliary radiator and caused it to leak. Not covered by warranty. Considered road hazzard. Insurance has to pay.

A__hole drivers are indeed everywhere. I live out in a rural area east of Portland OR and had someone hit my right real quarter panel and of course not leave a note. No way they didn't know. $2300 is the estimate from the body shop and it's in for repair now.

Part of the broken grill piece was up against the radiator too, but there was still some pieces missing.

Pretty tough stuff, still can't imagine how one of us didn't hear the impact!
I was joking, obviously not very well, that's why I had the smiley with the sunglasses. You can never escape idiots OR road debris no matter where you go.

Where do you get the Assessory Grill? Is it a GM product? How much $$?

replacing the grill is as easy as taking the entire front nose off and dealing with all the clips ....heh. Sounds like fun.

As far as people slowing down just because you have a camaro? I haven't seen that at all anywhere around southern california. Everyone tends to drive fast enough. I only get somewhat annoyed by how everyone left lane hogs the highways so that the right lane is actually the fastest lane and usually empty while the left is stopped (see it on the 5 all the time). That and for some reason i always end up behind people who merge onto a highway at 40mph when everyone is doing 70 on it. But that's only an issue for a second and then i'm gone.

Otherwise, i haven't come across anyone trying to box me in or slow me down. I must not be on their radar if they're around here.
