I could have did without the sun beating down on us all day at 86 degrees lol. But we got it done.

That's awesome man! My friend who has a *cough* 16 5.0 is looking to do just this because of the simplicity. Looks great. Did you get any before and after dyno numbers? Really looking forward to hearing what other 1LE'rs are getting especially you since you have your exhaust already done. Also are you LT's 2" or 1 7/8?

So, how does air get to the main radiator with the intercooler in the front?

I believe mine blocks 100% and cooling temps are unchanged.

To ensure there are no engine cooling issues.

I had kooks 1 7/8 headers with high flow cats to a MBRP cat-back mufflerless system before the procharger install. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to dyno the car bone stock. Also unfortunately, my one step colder plugs didn't come in until after I had my appointment to get my tune. So I re-gapped the stock plugs and took it to get it tuned and dyno'd. With the stock plugs they had to pull some timing out so it didn't make as much power as it could have with the colder plugs in. My tuner told me to swap the plugs and bring it back and they would put some timing back in and retune it. But even with it pulled down to 13 degrees it made 567 hp on 9.07psi on a dynojet dyno. The tuner said the fuel system still has plenty left in it so we'll see what happens after I swap the plugs. Hoping to get that done this weekend as my work schedule is crazy right now.

Mine is a 1LE also which comes with additional cooling features. Same as the ZL1. It has auxiliary coolers in the front wheel wells.
